Founded in 2016, PFS Blends specializes in creating high-quality, affordable blends. We offer both proprietary and custom-designed options for restaurant brands, grocery chains, food manufacturers, and more. Our R&D team excels at developing and reverse-engineering blends tailored to meet your specific needs.

PFS Blends is backed by Pro Food Systems, Inc. (PFS), a well-established and rapidly expanding company in the food service industry. PFS operates over 2,000 branded locations across 40 states, building a strong presence through successful programs like Champs Chicken, BluTaco, and Hangar 54 Pizza. Since its founding in 1999, PFS has helped it’s partners build profitable, high-quality businesses. Under CEO Shawn Burcham’s leadership, PFS delivers premium products, optimizes costs, and enhances profitability for retail partners.

Our State-of-the-Art Facility

In order to provide our customers the highest quality product on the market, we’ve designed and built a state-of-the-art blending facility in Holts Summit, MO.

Our facility features a fully automatic flour delivery system, including two 80,000-pound exterior silos and a roof-mounted receiver. The system is fully programmable and operated by a high-tech push-button keypad. With our blending capabilities, the operator simply selects the recipe and batch size, and the system regulates the required amount of flour. Our plants automated delivery system then measures and distributes precise volumes of flour to the mixer.

Our system ensures a steady flow of flour to the blending mixer, resulting in more controlled blending and further improving the consistency of our breading products. A uniquely designed inline sieve and electronic sensors guarantee the highest level of assurance that the breading products we manufacture are safe for consumers and are of the highest quality.
